= $(\frac{3x\sqrt{x}+8x-5}{(\sqrt{x}-1)(\sqrt{x}+2)}+\frac{1}{\sqrt{x}-1}+\frac{1}{\sqrt{x}+2}-2):(\sqrt{x}+1)$
= $\frac{3x\sqrt{x}+8x-5+\sqrt{x}+2+\sqrt{x}-1-2.(x+\sqrt{x}-2)}{(\sqrt{x}-1)(\sqrt{x}+2)}:(\sqrt{x}+1)$
= $\frac{3x\sqrt{x}+6x}{(\sqrt{x}-1)(\sqrt{x}+2)(\sqrt{x}+1)}=\frac{3x(\sqrt{x}+2)}{(x-1)(\sqrt{x}+2)}=\frac{3x}{x-1}$
